Welcome to Raisy Ltd.

These terms of service ("Terms") apply to you and Raisy Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of our services. By registering for, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What these Terms mean for you

By downloading, installing, or using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

You confirm that you are over the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your territory) (the "Minimum Age"). If you are younger than the Minimum Age, you may not use our services. If you are younger than 18 but older than the Minimum Age, your parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your right to use our services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

  1. Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  3. Use the Services to violate any law or infringe any third-party rights.
  4. Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
  5. Use automated means to access or scrape the Services without authorization.

3. Accounts and security

You may create an account using email and password or sign in through Firebase Auth or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Your content and intellectual property

You may submit content to the Services, including kernels, bots, processes, entities, campaigns, uploads, contact lists, email templates, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

5. Artificial intelligence-generated content

Some features of the Services use artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate content or responses based on your inputs.

  • You are responsible for your inputs and how you use AI-generated outputs.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • AI-generated outputs are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
  • You may not use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • We may use aggregated, de-identified outputs to improve our services.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

The Services are currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future, and any such paid features will be subject to separate terms presented at the time of purchase. There are no self-service subscriptions or cancellations at this time.

7. DMCA and copyright policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material on our Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at support@playanoedu.com.

Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our Services (including URLs where possible).
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@playanoedu.com. Your counter-notice must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong or will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.

We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing material and to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raisy Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raisy Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on raisy.team. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
