Welcome to Raisy Ltd.

Thank you for using our services. This Privacy Notice explains what personal data Raisy Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") collects about you and how we use it, as well as the choices you have about your personal data.

This Privacy Notice applies to all Raisy Ltd. services, websites such as raisy.team and related services and properties we control (collectively, the "Services"). We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time by posting a new version on raisy.team. If the changes are material, we will notify you by posting a notice in the Services or by other appropriate means. Your use of the Services after the effective date is subject to the new Privacy Notice.

The terms and conditions applicable to our Services are set out in our Terms of Service.

For the activities described in this notice, the data controller is Raisy Ltd.. We do not maintain a public postal address; please contact us by email.


2. What personal data we collect and where we get it

Personal data you provide us

  • Account and authentication information, such as your name, email address, and password when you create an account, and authentication tokens or profile data when you sign in through Firebase Auth or Google OAuth.
  • Entity and onboarding information, such as your organization URL, LinkedIn profile, entity type, your role, business goals, revenue stage, and other details you provide during onboarding or when updating an entity profile.
  • Uploaded content, such as text, markdown, JSON, CSV, PDF, Word documents, images, and other files you upload through the "Upload Anything" page or CSV/contact imports. We store these in S3-compatible object storage and reference metadata in PostgreSQL.
  • Email and campaign data, including email templates, broadcast content, contact lists, and message metadata.
  • Messages you send to us or our support agents.
  • Feedback, comments, or other information you choose to provide.
  • Other data you choose to give us through our Services.

Personal data we get from our partners

  • If you connect a third-party account (for example Google OAuth or LinkedIn OAuth) with our Services, we receive information from that provider, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and identifiers.
  • Information from service providers, such as hosting logs, error reports, and email delivery status.
  • Where you consent to statistics cookies, limited analytics data from Firebase Analytics.

Data we collect automatically

  • Information on your use of the Services, such as features used, session length, visits to our websites, and content you share.
  • Your IP address, used to deliver the Services to your device, estimate general location, manage territory-specific content, and analyze usage.
  • Device information, such as device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers.
  • Crash logs and other information related to bugs, errors, and issues in our Services.

3. How we use your personal data

We use your personal data to:

  1. Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including running AI bots, processes, and automations on your behalf.
  2. Communicate with you, including service announcements, support responses, and marketing communications (where permitted).
  3. Personalize your experience and recommend relevant features or content.
  4. Analyze usage and trends to improve our Services.
  5. Ensure security, detect fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  6. Comply with legal obligations.

If you have given consent, we may also use your data for other purposes explained when asking for consent.


4. Artificial intelligence, voice, and automated processing

Some of our Services use artificial intelligence ("AI") and machine-learning technologies to provide features such as AI bots, process automation, kernel generation, and LLM-powered workflows. When you use these features:

  • Your inputs and generated outputs may be processed by AI providers such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, and, in legacy agent tool paths, Anthropic Claude.
  • Voice demo features transmit audio via WebSocket to Pipecat AI for real-time processing; we do not retain call recordings unless we tell you otherwise.
  • We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models unless you have given explicit consent.
  • AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) without independent verification.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. We initialize Firebase Analytics in the application, but we do not currently log custom events through it. We do not load Google Analytics. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.


6. Who we share your data with

We share your personal data only as necessary and with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery (Listmonk), customer support, and cloud storage (S3-compatible object storage).
  • AI providers, where applicable, as described in Section 4 (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude in legacy paths).
  • Third-party integrations you connect or that power features you use, including Google OAuth, LinkedIn OAuth, Hunter.io (contact enrichment), n8n (workflow orchestration), Google Apps Script (waitlist to Google Sheet), and Pipecat AI (voice demo audio processing).
  • Analytics and advertising partners, only where you have consented to marketing/statistics cookies.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
  • Business transferees, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. International transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. When we do so, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, to protect your data.


8. Data retention and deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You can request deletion of your account, entity data, and associated uploads by contacting support@playanoedu.com. We will delete or anonymize your data unless we are required to retain it by law.


9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  1. Access the personal data we hold about you.
  2. Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  3. Delete your personal data.
  4. Restrict or object to certain processing.
  5. Receive your data in a portable format.
  6. Withdraw consent at any time.
  7. Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

10. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your territory). If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
